Stacy Godfrey

Dr. Stacy Godfrey is a 2015 graduate of St. George’s University, Grenada West Indies. Her clinical year was spent at Cornell University Hospital for Animals in Ithaca New York. She completed a rotating small animal internship at Carolina Veterinary Specialists in North Carolina. Dr. Godfrey also completed two specialty internships in surgery. Her first specialty internship was at the Veterinary Orthopedic and Sports Medicine group in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. In addition to this, Dr. Godfrey completed her second specialty internship here at Newtown Veterinary Specialists. Dr. Godfrey is currently completing additional training in emergency and critical care at NVS. Dr. Godfrey’s professional interests include wound management, emergent soft tissue surgery, hospice and palliative care. Outside of work, Dr. Godfrey enjoys baking, reading books and spending time with friends and family.
